    For those of you (us) who still enjoy the tangible things in life, I wanted to include this option. The CD is encased in art, and the case filled with it. The handwritten lyric sheets that have been documented (which I've come to fall in love with even if only because I think they're informative and pretty) are now presented to you in booklet form, in order of the album of course. Other shots from the "making of" experience (mostly shots of the gorgeous terrain I escaped to while recording the album) will accompany the sheets, filling out the experience in order to at least attempt to bring you to where I was and, through the other, where I am.

Composed mostly during trips out into the woods of the bluegrass (my birthplace of Kentucky), this album was then recorded entirely during one of these excursions. I could think of no better time to release my new album YONDER than on Columbus Day strictly due to the fact that the idea and implementation of exploration, both literal and psychological, was the initial and then continual notion behind the album (as well as a collection of short stories by Charles Beaumont by the same name). It was all about finding a place, just all things always will be. All that matters is how you get to where you're going...wherever there is. The album is free to download (it says "name your price") so please do, and share with whoever you feel so inclined. Click each track separately to view the lyrics sheets (pretty little arts in their own right). I pray that something within it speaks to you, sticks with you, or at the very least makes you bump, sing, or ears ring.

(I would deem this a "headphone record", as in, the best way to experience it is through a pair of decent headphones ((due to the underlying sounds you won't hear on, say, a phone...not judging, I do it all the time)) But this is just a suggestion and a preference, and however you listen, I'm so glad you chose to.
